As rumors swirl that Dean McDermott is about to confess to multiple affairs, E! News reports that Tori Spelling was recently hospitalized for almost a week.

No one is reporting why the Mystery Girls actress was in the hospital for six days, but what we do know is that Dean was by her side almost the entire time. Good thinking, cheater.

“He would arrive by 10 a.m. and didn’t leave until 8 most nights. He seemed very stressed out and worried,” a source tells E! “He would bring food and often only left Tori to go outside to catch some air or make a phone call.”

The 40-year-old 90210 alum was seen wearing a pink hospital bracelet as Dean helped her to a waiting SUV on Saturday afternoon. Though it is not clear why Tori was hospitalized, the daughter of TV mogul Aaron Spelling has caused concern with her seemingly drastic weight loss since reports of Dean’s infidelity surfaced last year. Now there are rumors he’s going to admit to cheating with several other women.

“The Band-Aid is going to be ripped off, and Dean will admit to Tori that he cheated on her with not only with Emily Goodhand in Toronto, but several other affairs,” a source told Radar Online. “These were one-night stands and not long standing relationships.”

Just last week Tori took to her blog to open up about the issues in her marriage, and to tease her upcoming reality show, natch.

“I wanted to take a moment to address what’s been going on in my life over the last several months," she wrote. "Our family has been going through an incredibly difficult and trying time, and the story of what I’ve been going through has been told my everyone except for me. So, it’s time for me to set the record straight.”

She casually added that she’d share her story during the premiere of True Tori. And that’s how Hollywood is done.
