Retirement can't come soon enough.

A former flight attendant featured in a Tonight Show skit has sued Jay Leno for suggesting she was into bestiality. What, just because she was accused of smuggling a rat in her underwear? The nerve of some people.

Louann Giambattista filed a suit in Nassau County, N.Y., saying that being featured in a "Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda" segment in a July episode of the late night show has made her life unbearable," according to “Leno and his guests falsely accused Ms. Giambattista of engaging in sexual relations with a rat,” the suit reads.

Giambattista, if you hadn't heard, was accused of carrying pet rats onto the American Airlines flights on which she worked (she doesn't work there anymore). She has denied the stories, but they led to intense grilling by Homeland Security and gobs of embarrassment, according to a separate lawsuit filed against American. The suit against Leno says she and her husband have become "pariahs in their own community" and that friends and family don't want to be around them anymore.

Furthermore, Giambattista claims her love life with her husband is a wreck because "every time he looks at her he thinks of Defendant Leno and the heinous segment depicting her as a sexual deviant.” She is seeking unspecified damages against Leno, as well as The Tonight Show and NBC Universal, which were also named in the lawsuit. The rat could not be reached for comment.
