Here are some features on the new iPad, being announced in San Francisco.

• A new "A5X chip allows for new levels of gaming in the tablet with quad-core graphics and Retina display with 44 percent greater color saturation.
• New camera with 5-megapixel sensor. (same as the iPhone 4S)
• HD video recording lets you record in 1080p and uses the A5X chip for stabilization
• Microphone button at the bottom which you can tap to speak
• Next-generation wires, 4G LTE
• 10 hours of battery life, 9 hours when on 4G

Two version of the iPad will be available on March 16: One for At&T and one for Verizon, so you can't just buy one iPad. With carrier support, it can work as its own personal hotspot and share the network with up to 5 devices.
