Breffo Spiderpodium Tablet holder to debut at CES
(Las Vegas, Nevada - January 4, 2011- CES) - I've never been a big fan of spiders. With the exception of the famous Charlotte who protected Wilbur the pig, most spiders I've encountered just don't seem very nice. But some cool spiders made by Breffo, called Spiderpodiums, are looking to be the kinds of spiders I could learn to love.
Spiderpodiums are eight-legged, bendable devices made to wrap around your Smartphone or iPod to perform many different functions. You can use them as a stand or as a mount in your car. You can use them to attach a phone to your bike or stroller. The design is very creative and offers a ton of flexibility, pun intended, giving you many options for mounting and stabilizing your devices.
Breffo announced this week they will debut the Spiderpodium Tablet, a larger version designed for tablet computers like the iPad. Usually upon learning that I'm about to be exposed to yet a larger spider than before, I'm not to keen on the idea. But this big spider looks like one I could learn to love.
I haven't actually held a Spiderpodium in my hand yet so I'm looking forward to the opportunity at CES this week. Upon seeing a photo my wife decided she wants one, so with any luck I'll be returning home with one ore more. Lucky for me these spiders don't eat much (or bite).
