Facebook filter lets you decide who sees your individual posts

This afternoon when I logged into Facebook, a reminder popped up telling me how to filter my individual posts. Using this feature you can post those embarrassing old college photos and make it so your boss can't see them. Or you can post information directed at a specific group (say, MINI Cooper enthusiasts, for instance) and not bore your other Facebook friends. You can even block individual people from seeing individual posts.

This is one feature that could make Facebook a better place as long as people remember to use it! So make a FarmVille group and send those posts to them. Make a Mafia Wars group and send those posts to them. Plan a surprise birthday party for someone and block them while you plan, or share your R-rated jokes with the people whom you know will appreciate them. If you don't, you may find yourself on the hidden list for many of your friends. It's the truth. You know and I know it. Don't make me hide you!
