In addition to the Oil Reporter app I mentioned earlier, there are additional apps for monitoring and recording the BP Oil disaster.

On the iPhone there are two additional apps. One is Oil Spill Response, a free app developed by NVision Solutions, Inc. It allows you to record your location, contact information and environmental details with a photo.

BP Oil Spill, a $.99 cent app by Tangozulu R&D, provides current data about the spill and statistical information comparing other spills.

On the Android platform is Oil Reporter mentioned in a previous post and the free Deepwater 2010 app. Deepwater provides current information about the spill with photos.
