Roundup: Facebook closes deal on Instagram, Nokia disappointment, more



Facebook-Instagram merged: Facebook has completed its purchase of photo-sharing app Instagram as promised in April. Facebook says it will keep the app going instead of shutting it down.   Huffington Post

Thud: Nokia just can't catch a break. Its stocks fell sharply last week after company debuted two new Windows Phone 8 smartphones. But critics said Nokia failed to fully disclose details about the phones, and the features seemed underwhelming.
