Talk some smack with this new NCCA football iPhone app



A new iPhone and iPod Touch app released today by AT&T lets NCAA Division 1 football fans chat about their teams during the week and during the game. With the free NCAA Fan Zone app fans can track their teams, join discussion groups, check schedules and receive live scores and news updates.

As an added feature to encourage some friendly smack talk, the app automatically merges groups from opposing teams before, during and after each games. To keep the content family-friendly, forums are automatically monitored for offensive content and users can report abusive use at any time.

Whether in an armchair in their living room or in their seats at the big game, fans also can upload photos to forums from within the app.
