Tied game

OK, so you know that thing about it being quiet here? Well leave it to Zach Parise, who had hounded the Lightning so far this series, to liven up the crowd here at Continental Airlines Arena. The Lightning had taken away home ice advantage with their opening goal and an onslaught of shots that challenged Martin Brodeur more than the opening period on Thursday, but Parise's show injected life into this building, with fans waving their white giveaway towels.

Parise's goal came on the power play. And the officials are continuing to enforce -- maybe too much. Again, these are two of the least penalized them in the league, and they were called for five penalties in the first period.
