Capitals concede Southeast to Lightning

Remember when Lightning owner Len Barrie predicted Tampa Bay would win the Southeast? Well, Capitals coach Bruce Boudreau got wind of it, and at Washington's development camp, sarcastically conceded the division title to the Lightning.

"We just hope to be in second place because Tampa says they're going win the division," Boudreau said. "So if we play good enough to get to second place, we'll be happy."

Good stuff.
