Surprise, my bag made it to Montreal

I know everyone was waiting for this update to start the day, but in fairness to US Airways, I should thank them for moving so quickly to get my lost bag to me Thursday night. I had impressed upon them how important it was to get it to me before leaving today for Ottawa, and they came through.

I also got a nice note from the airline's customer relations department, acknowledging my situation and apologizing and assuring me that my concerns will be sent to the highest level for consideration and debate when US Airways' top brass meets to do whatever it is it does.

Can't wait to fly through Philadelphia again.
