Playing a 1 p.m. game on Saturday when you’ve already played three games during the week, including back-to-back home and away games Wednesday and Thursday, may not be ideal, but the Lightning better get acclimated to the early start. What an addition he has been. He has given the Lightning goals (22) and grit, as witnessed by his willingness to mix it up with opposing players.
