Boston's Kevan Miller started a brief fracas during the third period of Monday's Lightning-Bruins game with a crosscheck to the back of Tampa Bay's Brayden Point along the boards.
The Lightning's Anton Stralman joined Miller in the penalty box with a retaliatory stick to the back.
And Tampa Bay's Yanni Gourde and Boston's Torey Krug picked up roughing minors for their roles in the altercation that followed.
But no one was more involved than this blue-jacketed (presumably) Lightning fan, seen punching the glass along to the action in this video tweeted out by Times photojournalist Luis Santana.
As you can imagine, Twitter immediately fell in love with the guy.

And, no, in case you're wondering, he didn't receive a penalty.
