Richards dealt to Dallas
Lightning center Brad Richards has been dealt to the Stars with goaltender Johan Holmqvist for goaltender Mike Smith, center Jeff Halpern and left wing Jussi Jokinen.

Martin St. Louis a Lady Byng finalist
Lightning forward Martin St. Louis is one of three finalists for the Lady Byng trophy, given to the player who best exemplifies the qualities of good sportsmanship and gentlemanly play.
St. Louis is joined by former Lightning forward Brad Richards, now with the Dallas Stars, and Detroit Red Wings forward Pavel Datsyuk.

Tampa Bay Lightning general manager Steve Yzerman said Friday night that free agent center Brad Richards has declined the Lightning's offer and will not be coming to Tampa Bay. The problem was the money. Richards might have been willing to take less to play for the Lightning, but not that much.
