AHL Hamilton GM rumored to be candiate for Lightning's assistant GM job
Just something to keep an eye on: According to Montreal's La Presse, Julien Brisebois, the Canadiens vice president of hockey operations and the general manager of its AHL affiliate in Hamilton, Ontario, is on a short list of candidates to join the Lightning as an assistant general manager. This would be somewhat of a coup for Tampa Bay as Brisebois apparently is highly regarded by the Habs and is their capologist. He also is very familiar with Lightning coach Guy Boucher, who was hired away from Hamilton.
