Antero Niittymaki, Lukas Krajicek to play tonight against the Hurricanes

Tampa Bay Lightning goaltender Mike Smith, still sore from Thursday's collision with New Jersey's Jamie Langenbrunner, will sit out Saturday's game with the Hurricanes.

Antero Niittymaki will make his first start of the season in his place.

Defenseman Lukas Krajicek also will play for the first time. Kurtis Foster still is out with a lower-body injury, and David Hale is out with the flu, the team said.
