How did it all go wrong?
After winning the Stanley Cup championship in 2003-04, the Tampa Bay Lightning has finished near the bottom of the National Hockey League standings the past three seasons. Now, new owner Jeff Vinik has a chance to restore the luster to the franchise. But not without a lot of difficult decisions. Where did it all go wrong?
