The infant daughter of Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Kurtis Foster passes away
The Peterborough (Ontario) Examiner on Wednesday ran the following obituary for Lila Kimberly Foster, 5-day-old daughter of Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Kurtis Foster and his wife Stephanie:
Lila Kimberly Foster passed peacefully in the arms of her loving parents on May 10, 2010. Lila, treasured daughter of Stephanie and Kurtis Foster, was born Wednesday May 5, 2010 at Tampa General Hospital. Her time with us was a blessing and beautiful Lila enjoyed hearing lullabies and Mother Goose from her loving parents, grandparents and family. Lila is deeply missed by her parents; grandparents Kim and Peter Dillon, Bob and Kathy Foster, Dave and Pam Bosch; aunts and uncles Craig Foster, Kristen and Chris Jones, Tonya and Jessica Bosch and cousins Madeline and Grayson Jones. Thank you Lila for the love you have brought and for touching our lives forever. We will miss you always little Peanut. Mass for Lila will be held at St.Alphonsus Church, 1066 Western Avenue, Peterborough on Friday May 21, 2010 at noon; donations to Peterborough Regional Health Centre are appreciated.
