Injured Steven Stamkos says he will play for Tampa Bay Lightning vs. the Avalanche
Tampa Bay Lightning center Steven Stamkos decided he could play after taking warm-ups Friday night at the Pepsi Center. Stamkos seemed to be favoring the right wrist that was hurt by a puck and knocked him out of Wednesday night's game with the Oilers. But, as coach Rick Tocchet said, he is in no danger of making the injury worse. It's all about how much pain Stamkos can tolerate.
