The Tampa Bay Lightning on Thursday recalled left wing Johan Harju from AHL Norfolk. Harju had a goal and two points in seven games earlier this season with Tampa Bay. He leads Norfolk with 18 goals and also has 35 points and is plus-13 in 40 games. .
