Picks 75 and 77

With the 75th overall pick, the Lightning took center Luca Cunti,18 on July 4, of Switzerland. The 6-foot, 190-pounder is the NHL's Central Scouting Bureau's 12th ranked European skater. The evaluation says that Cunti is "one of the best Swiss talents ever, maybe even the best.'' It goes on to say he scores "highlight-reel goals'' but "needs to get tougher in fighting off checks.'' Cunti said he is still not sure whether he will play Canadian juniors next season or attend college, either St. Cloud State or Clarkson where he will study sports management or psychology.

With  the 77th pick, Tampa Bay took 6-foot, 161-pound center Alex Killorn, 17, who has committed to play for Harvard. Central scouting ranked him the No. 55 North American skater. Most interesting about his evaluation is that despite his lack of weight, he can "deliver a big hit to separate an opponent from the puck.''
