Tampa Bay Lightning star Steven Stamkos sustains injury at the world championship

Press reports out of the world championship in Germany said Tampa Bay Lightning star Steven Stamkos left Canada's 4-1 loss to Switzerland on Wednesday with an undisclosed upper-body injury. No other information was available.
