Tampa Bay Lightning's sixth-round draft pick: goaltender Adam Wilcox
With its sixth-round pick, the Tampa Bay Lightning took goaltender Adam Wilcox.
The 6 foot, 171-pound, 18-year-old, is committed to the University of Minnesota but will delay his entrance one year to play again for Green Bay of the United States Hockey League. Wilcox said that will enhance his development and allow him to play more than would sitting behind the Gophers' top goaltender.
Wilcox had a 2.20 goals-against average and a .922 save percentage last season.
