Video: With the Tampa Bay Lightning off on Wednesday, game on on Lake Louise
The Tampa Bay Lightning had the day off Wednesday,so the team after Tuesday's 4-2 loss to the Flames bussed about 65 miles west to the picturesque mountain town of Banff. A bit further north is famous Lake Louise, which, as you can see, was frozen over amidst a light snowfall. Funny, though, anywhere you go in Canada there is hockey, and that is what we found on the lake. Not a bad setting for a skate. The Lightning goes to Edmonton Thursday to practice and play on Friday.
