Local artist Dee Hood has created a side splitting animated video for YouTube called "BOCC Bozos," lampooning the Hillsborough County Commissioners who voted to disband the $2.2-million wetlands management division at the county's Environmental Protection Commission: Brian Blair, Ken Hagan, Jim Norman and Kevin White.

Featuring Jib-Jab-style animated pictures of the commissioners cavorting through a barren Florida field, the video unfolds set to the strains of the Beatles' diatribe against square, venal greedy businessmen. Props to WTVT-Ch. 13 reporter Warren Elly for his light-hearted report on the whole thing, viewable here.
