America's Got Talent is coming to Florida, but Conan O'Brien is not
Is it our breath, Conan O'Brien? Or just the fact that we didn't watch you much when you still trusted NBC?
Whatever the reason, no Florida dates are included on the 30-city tour the former Tonight Show host announced today -- a trek that stretches from Eugene, Ore. to Boston, Mass.
The furthest south O'Brien gets is an Atlanta date in June; word about the possible dates began leaking a couple of days ago, when a venue in Phoenix, Ariz. put up an online notice about a show and then took it down.
The show will feature sidekick Andy Richter, O'Brien's longtime band and more. Organized to help keep the former Tonight Show host in the public eye until September, when his exit deal with NBC allows him to perform on TV again, the tour has also become a rallying point for fans frustrated with how he was pushed out of the network when Jay Leno's primetime show fizzled.
But Floridians won't have to worry long about getting snubbed by O'Brien, because America's Got Talent is coming to
Orlando.
The talent competition will film episodes at Orlando's Hard Rock Cafe on April 7 and 8, with host Nick Cannon, longtime judges Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan and new judge Howie Mandel. Along with presumably, some talented performers.

I'm sure once Team Coco sees the response, they'll be rushing to line up those Florida shows...
