This week’s pop culture winners and losers

WINNERS:

Kevin James
With the number of sexual assault accusations against Kevin Spacey growing, the fate of Netflix's House of Cards is still to be determined. The streaming service has stopped production on the show's final season, and has released a statement saying it will not be involved "with any further production of House of Cards that includes Kevin Spacey." But one fan came up with a solution. Just replace Kevin Spacey with Kevin James. A change.org petition for the re-cast has already amassed more 36,000 signatures. Paul Blart for President would make for some interesting campaign signs.

Drake
The Canadian rapper revealed this week that he has been collecting Birkin bags for the woman he ends up with. Are you listening Rihanna? Drake told The Hollywood Reporter that he has been collecting the most sought after handbag for years. "I have fairly vast collection of Hermès to offer somebody at the point in life," he said. The purse retails from anywhere between $12,000 to $200,000.

Chrissy Teigen
Chrissy Teigen, queen of the social media, was feeling pretty generous this week. The model left Ohio waitress Mikayla Scott a $1,000 tip. But what was Teigen, the author of a cookbook, doing in an Outback Steakhouse in Centerville? Her husband, John Legend, who is originally from Springfield, came back to his hometown to watch a football game between local high schools.

Jonathan Cheban
Kim Kardashian's best friend is putting all other foodies to shame. Cheban, 43, is legally changing his name to "Foodgod," which is also the name of his website and social media accounts dedicated to food pictures, Page Six reported. While Cheban, excuse me, Foodgod, is best known for Keeping Up With the Kardashians, he has built his own following of food lovers in hopes of becoming the Guy Fieri "for the young and hot." We're not sure if Foodgod should be in the winners or losers column, but A+ for commitment.

LOSERS:

Steven Seagal
Arrested Development actor Portia De Rossi took to Twitter to accuse Above the Law actor Steven Seagal of sexual harassment. "My final audition for a Steven Segal movie took place in his office. He told me how important it was to have chemistry off-screen as he sat me down and unzipped his leather pants. I ran out and called my agent. Unfazed, she replied, 'well, I didn't know if he was your type.' Rossi's wife, Ellen DeGeneres, offered her support online, tweeting "I'm proud of my wife." This isn't the first claim against Seagal. Julianna Marguiles said in an interview on SiriusXM that Seagal brought out a gun during an audition in his hotel room 30 years ago.

Louis C.K.
The comedian has been accused of years of sexual misconduct by several female comedians. In a New York Times report, comedians Dana Min Goodman, Julia Wolov, Abby Schachner, Rebecca Corry and an anonymous woman all recount times when Louis C.K. masturbated in their presence, over the phone or asked to masturbate in front of them in the early 2000s. Comedian Tig Notaro has also addressed the rumors surrounding C.K in her Amazon series, One Mississippi, which lists C.K. as an executive producer. In the series, a character is sexually assaulted when her boss masturbates in front of her. "Sadly, I've come to learn that Louis C.K.'s victims are not only real, but many are actual friends of mine within the comedy community," she wrote in an email.

Jeffrey Tambor
Amazon studios is investigating sexual harassment allegations made against the Transparent actor. Tambor, who plays a trans woman in the show, denied the claims made against him by his former assistant, a transgender woman named Van Barnes. "I am aware that a former disgruntled assistant of mine has made a private post implying that I had acted in an improper manner toward her," Tambor, 73, said in the statement. "I adamantly and vehemently reject and deny any and all implication and allegation that I have ever engaged in any improper behavior toward this person or any other person I have ever worked with. I am appalled and distressed by this baseless allegation."

Charlie Sheen
Actor Dominick Brascia accused actor Charlie Sheen of raping late child star Corey Haim on the set of Lucas. Brascia told the National Enquirer that Haim, who would have been 13 at the time of filming, told him that he had sex with Sheen, who was 20. Corey Feldman also wrote in his memoir, Coreyography, that Haim said he had a sexual encounter with an older man while filming Lucas, but he didn't name names. Sheen is denying the accusations.

Ed Westwick
The Gossip Girl star has been accused of raping Ladies Like Us actor Kristina Cohen. In a lengthy Facebook post, Cohen wrote that she felt conflicted after the incident, and was even told by her then-boyfriend not to risk her career over it. "I hope that my stories and the stories of others help to reset and realign the toxic environments and power imbalances that have created these monsters." After denying even knowing Cohen or committing sexual assault, a second woman came forward to accuse Westwick of rape. Actor Aurélie Wynn wrote on Facebook that Westwood raped her in 2014. Like Cohen, she said she was told to keep quite about the incident. "I believe you Kristina Cohen and thank you for speaking up so eloquently and really empowering what young female actresses have to go through at the hands of men like Ed Westwick. Without you I would not have had the strength to speak up publicly about my ordeal," she wrote. The Los Angeles Police Department has officially launched an investigation.
