No word on whether the kids involved will be ugly.

Stand-up comedian Kevin Hart is rebounding from that April DUI in a big way, scoring an ABC pilot  based on his routine. The clean parts of it, anyway.

The unnamed show, put together by Community executive producers Neil Goldman and Garrett Donovan, will be about a divorced couple trying to remain friends as an example for their kids. Hart's not going to star in it, The Hollywood Reporter says, but he may have a recurring role.

It's kind of unfair to call Hart a comedian, because he's been in movies like This Is the End and Think Like a Man, and has been on TV shows along the lines of the short-lived Undeclared and Modern Family. Since his comedy tour keeps selling out, it's no wonder why he'd stick mostly with just producing this one.
