The best moment from last night's SNL: Really? With Seth Myers and Kermit the Frog
Surreal as Saturday Night Live could be, last night's episode was particularly laugh-free for me -- save for a really good stretch of Weekend Update jokes topped with a way-cool appearance by Kermit the Frog.
By the end of the episode, you wouldn't be blamed for wondering why SNL didn't just let The Muppets host the show instead of an actor who openly admitted during one interview that a child was upset by the look of his face.
One skit -- featuring host Jason Segel's spot-on Andre the Giant impersonation, but centered on him picking out an ice cream cone -- felt like the writers weren't even trying.
So enjoy one of the few laugh-out-loud moments from SNL; proof that The Muppets remains the world's most under-utilized showbiz resource.
