Everything you need to know for Saturday's release of 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child'



By now you've heard of a little play and book called Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

You probably already know it's "The eighth story. 19 years later." following the world's most popular magical trio Harry, Ron and Hermione as they grapple with middle age, sending their children off to Hogwarts and the legacy of defeating the Dark Lord.

The screenplay for the now sold-out play will be released Saturday at midnight. Potter fans have been counting down the days to July 31 and furiously gobbling up any information about their beloved wizarding world.

So people still care about Harry Potter?

Was Severus Snape's Patronus a doe because of his undying love for Lilly Potter? Yes.
