Here's all the shows networks canceled this week

Castle's season finale next week will be its series finale.

Castle's season finale next week will be its series finale.

In the week before networks head to upfronts to announce their fall lineups, the TV landscape has already changed pretty brutally.

On Thursday, ABC was particularly heavy handed in axing seven shows, including Nashville and Castle, which fans and co-star Nathan Fillion were holding out hope for even with the announced departure of co-star Stana Katic. CBS put an end to the 16-year run of the CSI franchise by canceling CSI: Cyber, and it also dropped Supergirl, though the probably more fitting CW network will pick it up.

Here's a list of what networks cut:

ABC: Nashville, Castle, Agent Carter, Galavant, Blood & Oil, The Family, The Muppets

CBS: CSI: Cyber, Supergirl

Fox: Grandfathered, The Grinder, Bordertown, Minority Report, Cooper Barrett's Guide to Surviving Life

UPDATE: News followed Friday of NBC's cancellations, which include Game of Silence, Telenovela, Crowded, Heartbeat and Undateable, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
