Fall TV premieres and returns just keep coming. This week ABC brings back primetime favorites Fresh Off the Boat and Black-ish and premieres political comedy The Mayor and drama Kevin (Probably) Saves the World. And don't forget Scandal, which debuts its seventh and final season on Thursday. And the breakout TV star this week is Fox's The Gifted, a Marvel Comics-inspired series that follows mutants that escape to an underground community to avoid an oppressive government. I hope you're keeping up, TV watchers.
