What to watch this weekend: New 'Gilmore Girls,' Christmas TV specials
The turkey has been stuffed and picked to pieces, the kitchen counter is sticky from spilled cranberry sauce and there's enough pumpkin pie leftover for a decadent Black Friday brunch. What better way to spend a long, indulgent weekend than with movies, Christmas specials and new episodes of Gilmore Girls?
Available to stream this weekend: Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, Netflix.
Fans have waited almost 10 years for fresh content on the Gilmore girls Lorelai and Rory. On Friday, Netflix released four 90-minute installments titled "Winter," "Spring," "Summer" and "Fall."
For many fans, like resident Gilmore expert Michelle Stark, returning to Stars Hollow means comfort amongst adored characters.
There's also a slew of movies to see in theaters this weekend. It's a busy time for the big screen. Many people have extra time off for the holidays and need something to do that's fun for both visiting grandparents and the kids.
