Winner and loser of the week: Constance Wu calls out Casey Affleck; Rapper Stitches gets arrested leaving a Whole Foods

Winner: Constance Wu.

While many applauded the Oscars this year for a diverse cast of nominees, Fresh Off the Boat actor Wu was less than pleased with a name on the list. And she wasn't afraid to speak up. Wu took to Twitter to call out the Oscars for reinforcing the industry's "gross and often hidden mistreatment of women." She was most upset with Casey Affleck's Best Actor nomination for Manchester by the Sea, noting the 2010 sexual harassment allegations against Affleck. He was hit with two suits by women who worked with him on I'm Still Here. Affleck denied the allegations and settled a civil suit for an undisclosed amount. "Men who sexually harass women 4 OSCARS! Bc good acting performance matters more than humanity, human integrity! Bc poor kid rly needs the help!" Wu tweeted. She continued by saying that being a good actor shouldn't count as a free pass for wrongdoings. "I've been counseled not to talk about this for career's sake. F my career then, I'm a woman & human first. That's what my craft is built on," she tweeted. Wu went on to explain that acting isn't for the sake of winning an award, but that specific award "honors a craft whose purpose is examining the dignity of the human experience." Watch out, Affleck.

Loser: Stitches.

Oh, you haven't heard of the rapper Stitches? I'm not surprised. The rapper was arrested while leaving a Whole Foods of all places after parking his Porshe in a handicap parking space without a decal. Karma for parking in a handicap spot hit hard, because the rapper left with a charge of carrying a concealed firearm, possession of cannabis and possession of a drug without a prescription instead of what I'm assuming would have been a bag full of paleo-friendly groceries. According to the Miami Beach Police arrest report, Stitches, whose real name is Phillip Katsabanis, had a handgun under the driver's seat and a clear mason jar full of marijuana in the car.
