Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar were expecting baby number 19 -- no, that's not a typo -- sometime this spring. But instead Josie Brooklyn Duggar couldn't wait and was born Thursday night by emergency Caesarean section in Little Rock, Ark. The baby weighed in at 1 pound, 6 ounces. and is in the hospital's neonatal intensive care unit. Michelle is said to be resting. Josie joins eight sisters and 10 brothers. And she's already a teeny tiny aunt since her older brother Josh and his wife Anna had a baby girl earlier this year.

In other reality star baby news, Kendra Wilkinson, formerly of Hef's the Girls Next Door and now starring in her own self-monikered reality series, and husband Hank Baskett had a son Friday morning. The baby, also delivered via C-section,  weighed in at 9 pounds, 5 ounces.
