Free Disney On Ice tickets by donating food
Do your little ones love those Disney on Ice shows? You know the ones where Woody skates around with Buzz or Belle and the Beast do their grand dance in the ballroom? Well, a new one is coming to town in May and you have a chance to grab free tickets when you do something to help others.
From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, anyone who brings 10 non-perishable food items -- canned goods, boxes of rice, cereal, etc. -- to the McDonald’s® Box Office at the St. Pete Times Forum will get a free ticket to the opening night show of Disney on Ice Worlds of Fantasy. Tickets for the ice show, that features characters from Cars, The Lion King, The Little Mermaid and the cast of Tinker Bell, will also be on sale Friday morning for the show, May 14-17. Tickets are $17.75-$76.75.
The canned goods will go to help America’s Second Harvest of Tampa Bay. A minimum donation of 10 items is required to receive a ticket and there is a limit of four tickets per family. The free tickets are for the opening night performance at 7:30 p.m. May 14.
