Here's a shock: Sarah Palin not so supportive of Bristol and Levi's engagement
The other shoe has dropped. It turns out that Sarah Palin isn't very happy at all with her daughter Bristol's decision to get back with her ex and father of her child, Levi Johnston (even though she seemed to support her daughter when the announcement was made). "My mom is not 100 percent backing us up right now," said Bristol Palin in the new edition of Us magazine. Now there's a shock. Johnston, who posed for Playgirl, bad-mouthed the Palins throughout the time he and Bristol were apart and generally did anything he could to be a celebrity (Kathy Griffin -- really?!?) has now turned over a new leaf, Bristol Palin says. Her mom isn't buying it -- yet.
"She's going to wait to see if [Levi] changes," Bristol said. "But she's just glad he is getting on the right path. She knows how much Tripp means to me, and she wants Tripp to have a father figure." And don't think the former first dude of Alaska is butting heads with his wife on this. "My dad is on the same page as my mom: They don't want to see me get hurt. They don't want to see again what I already went through with Levi." We thank Bristol for the update on her relationship, but could all of this just be fodder for a hoped for reality show for the couple?
