How about a daddy-daughter date night?

Chick-fil-A restaurants in the Tampa Bay area are hosting a special “Date Night” for fathers and daughters on Oct. 15, and it promises more than just chicken sandwiches. From 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. that Saturday, it's reservations only, and the fast food joint will have linens and flowers, and some will even have strolling violinists and a red carpet.

Each restaurant will celebrate the evening its own way, a company news release says, with some providing a red carpet arrival, table service, dancing, live music and photography. Every daddy-daughter pair will also receive a tray liner with questions and topics to get the conversation started, and a take-home booklet called  “Continuing the Conversation” that provides ideas for future dates and questions that both dads and daughters can ask each other.

Meal costs are not included, but the rest of the event is free. Seatings are available every hour, and reservations are required  at to make a reservation. (Better hurry. I noticed they are filling up fast).

Here's a YouTube video of date night from last year.
