Not a day goes by when some new dish on Jon & Kate Gosselin doesn't surface. Geez, who knew that having eight kids could be so juicy? Maybe that's why OctoMom did what she did.

Anywho, the Juice tells us that Star magazine has entered the fray with an interview from Kate's brother who says that Kate went to Jon a few months ago and said it was all over. Even stranger is that the couple apparently had a pact that let them cheat on each other.

Tomorrow, I'm sure the story will be that the couple are expecting a new baby. Don't touch that dial.
