Kate Gosselin, late of  Jon and Kate Plus 8, must have had a check list for the new year: New hair, check. New man, check. New show, check. Wait a minute, new show? Last we heard, Jon said no to Kate having his kids on a reality show. But that's not stopping Kate. In fact, it appears that like New York, Kate will be a fish out of water, trying new jobs and tasks in her new show. She won't be playing the role of  wife and mother in this one. And just like New York, the audience will help to determine what jobs she will undertake.

Uh, no Jon, you cannot vote for lion tamer or crash test dummy.

Will the kids ever make an appearance on the show? According to TLC, no they will not. And there certainly will not be any Jon unless they don gloves for the boxing ring.

So far, it looks like Team Kate is ahead of  Team Jon in 2010. But don't fret for him. He is finding comfort with his new 25-year-old girlfriend.
