Kids help mom deliver new baby brother
Do you think your 9 and 11 year olds could help you with this? Apparently, Jabari Sanders, 9, was dialing 911 after his mom unexpectedly went into labor in their California home. But it was too late -- Alana Sanders was already on the bathroom floor having the baby. The 911 operator talked Jabari and his sister Faith, 11, through the birth, telling them exactly what to do with the umbilical cord and how to clean off the baby. Dad was at work and learned of all the excitement after the baby was born March 9. Mom and baby boy Joseph, who weighed in at 9 pounds 4 ounces, are doing fine.
