A little fiscal restraint this holiday
The holidays are just around the corner. In listening to NPR on the way home last night, I heard a story about a man who said that his family would not be having much of a Christmas this year. Most of us are facing a financial crunch and Consumer Reports even says we won't be spending as much this year.
Last year, one of our Poppa colleagues, Mark Woods, wrote an excellent piece about how his toddler son had a very nice Christmas that didn't break the family bank. Follow this link to the story which bears repeating since we still are in the throes of this recession.
