Now that I'm pregnant, I can't eat anything!
Now that I’m eating for two, it’s the same question almost every evening. What can I handle for dinner? A sandwich? A salad? Things I usually like are suddenly gross. One day I packed a nice lunch, only to find it unappetizing hours later. So I’m learning to love cold foods, which are great because they have fewer smells. Actually, cold foods are among the many "morning sickness" tips offered by Medical News Today. But, be careful, because cold foods can carry nasty bacteria if not kept at the proper temperature. If you go that route, there’s lots of variety if you put some creativity into it. My solution this round: Garlic bread and a bowtie feta pasta salad from the Publix deli and bakery for under $7. But, now I'm making a mental note to remember the which cheeses are considered safer for pregnant women next time.
