Padded bikini tops for kids -- outrageous!
Well, I'll give the makers of the padded bikini bras for kids credit for taking them off store shelves in 
the UK. But you have to wonder, why would a girl as young as 7 need a padded bra? Not sure why anyone would think this was a good idea except maybe the mom who gives her teenage daughter Botox injections or parents who think dressing your daughter in sexy clothes, even at Halloween, is okay.
