I know my gal pals the Deal Divas will be kicking up their heels for this one. But I have to admit, I was thinking about shoes for kids when I red this. With any purchase July 1-4, Shoe Carnival customers will receive a “BOGO When You Want 2” card. It will allow customers to buy one pair of shoes and then get a second pair of equal or lesser value for half off anytime they want through Jan. 19, 2010.

And how else can you show your love for the good old USA than by spending a couple bucks during the store's July 4 sale? Yep, get a good deal on shoes and then, Mommas, go back and get school shoes for your kids. Yep, that sounds like a plan.
