Sweet deal on Halloween treats
Hey Mommas, we know money's too tight to mention these days. So a good deal on Halloween treats, even if it feels like we haven't quite made it out of September, is still worth passing along. This week at CVS, the eight-count packages of Snickers, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Three Musketeers, Skittles and more are 88-cents. They usually cost about $1.50 each.
The reason I like these packs is that they are bigger than the miniatures and at 11-cents each, that feels like a nice treat for the tricksters who will be ringing doorbells in about a month. Sure, they aren't done up in orange and black wrappers, but the kids don't care. They just want the treat inside.
