Here comes the judge, on his day off
No, that isn't Mr. Moneybags from Monopoly, but yours truly, serving as a judge for the annual Chasco Fiesta Boat Parade in my hometown of New Port Richey. The debonair pose was struck at the local Hooters before another lovely sail down the Pithlachascotee River to the judging dock by Sims Park. Wind gusts took a slight toll on some of the decorated vessels, but after a few, ahem, refreshments it doesn't matter. This year's musical theme drew a couple dozen industrious entrants, including this Yellow Submarine and a pontoon boat with a live band and Elton John impersonator. And I had to include a photo of the eye candy on the Winghouse entry; it's possible that YMCA is the only song title they could spell, but who cares?
