The debate over the Rays and Tropicana Field has reared its ugly head again. Stu Sternberg, the owner of the Tampa Bay Rays, held a press conference yesterday officially stating his request for a new stadium somewhere in the Tampa Bay region. The Mayor of St Petersburg, Bill Foster, says no way to the team leaving the city.
