Fish tacos are a popular menu item at Tijuana Flats, but Hillsborough County students aren’t convinced it should be on their school lunch menu. Almost 200 students taste-tested new healthful choices for next year’s menu at Strawberry Crest High School this week, and the fish tacos got a big thumbs down. Pizza with a wheat crust passed the test, as did teriyaki beef dippers and spring rolls.
