Am I outraged? Not really. She's a 16-year-old girl looking to cut the Disney apron strings. I have a feeling it's gonna get racier, too. Miley likes tizzying up the moral mouthpieces of America.

So did Britney.

In related news, I won't let Kid Lulu get earrings until she's 12.
